Since the company's conception in 2002, BEC Engineering has provided R& D, quality control and engineering for Cable Lock foundation repair representatives. In 2005, Karl Breckon, PE, president of BEC Engineering, formed Cable Lock Foundation Constructors (CLFC). The company provides turnkey foundation solutions, including surveying and engineering services, all backed by the 10-Year Cable Lock Warranty.

Headquartered in Houston and privately owned, the company serves both residential and commercial customers primarily in Houston and Texas.
